Refund and Returns
1. Return Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of receiving your order. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Health and personal care items

3. Return Process

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us for assistance.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return was due to our error.
